Everyone from the front end ladies through the doctors. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. Fast service and very well detailed information. Thank you one and all for the prompt services , you made an old lady feel welcome. Keep up the great work !!!
The front staff was not kind or welcoming at all. There was only two other people in the waiting room so it was not due overwhelming amount of patients. I had a military ID which is considered a legal identification and I was told they require two forms of identification. Who walks around with two forms of identification?! No one unless you are or were in the military! But beyond that, the back staff was amazing, kind and concerned. They even called later to follow up which I thought was wonderful and caring. Easy to make an appointment online. Wait times have always been reasonable. Everyone from the front desk to the practitioner are thorough and friendly
My visit was with Joseph Burke. He was awesome and was very genuine! I didn't feel like I was rushed out so the next patient can be seen. Dr. Burke was polite, and I felt that he was concerned about my well being. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone. Thank you, TGH Fast Track, for your services.
The staff an anesthesiologist and Dr. Rodriguez were all amazing, sufficient and treated me with much respect. That is the way I wish all procedures would go. I am very thankful for everything. And God bless all the working people at the hospital during this time.
