Efficient & friendly
Ok. Nobody could say what was wrong.
Walk in was fairly quick ... entire time from sign in to being seen by doctor was 1 1/2 hour. There was 5 people ahead of me, so I consider this pretty fast. Employees were pleasant and doctor was excellent giving full explanation, Follow up call was 4 days later. Doctor was pleasant.

The clinic was very efficient and everyone courteous and professional with the exception of the nurse practitioner assigned to me. She did not the time to review any medical history and therefore was very surprised to hear an abnormal heart rhythm. She also did not review the medications which have changed since I was last at the clinic in Dec. 2019. My husband and I were at the TG Sun City Office Saturday 16th January. We were treated with compassion, patience and geniuine care. We went for a covid test and we were of course nervous and anxious. It was a speedy, smooth vaccination. We did witness many, many people being very rude to the front office staff due to their own deficiences. Remember people BE KIND to people who are out there every day trying to help YOU be patient. Thank you for the service we received from you all.
