COVID-19 test procedure was performed professionally and in a satisfactory manner. Waiting time was excessive given number of patients in the facility at the time of the test.

I really liked the young lady who was the receptionist. Patient and seemed caring and kind. The p a took a very long time to type up my exit paper. Now I see why I had an hour wait to get in exam room.
Courteous and efficient service. The PA thoroughly investigated my complaint and offered a good solution. Wait time was minimal.
