Well The office wad super clean and I really appreciated viewing the local art that was displayed. Two very cool paintings. The PA was very strict but just doing his job. He wad the most thorough PA I have ever had. Ig I owned a company I would make sure all my employees all went to do their drug screenings through him gor sure. Wait time was long. Staff, tech & doctor were pleasant and seemed appropriately knowledgeable. They did, however, absolutely assure me that their scheduling staff would call me at home to set me up with an appointment at the Orthopeadic Institute. No one called me about an appointment. Friday was the following day & the splint was not providing enough support & I was in great pain from my broken wrist. My solution was to call my own GP and they shared the names of two programs. Covid test. Drive thru appt on a Saturday no waiting !! Fabulous !! Both team members were friendly and quick. Test results within 24 hours.
All was good! Got a Covid test just to make sure I was ok...had a sinus infection! Was treated very well :)
The staff was quick, efficient and gracious, expressing good customer service.
Did a great job-and had a timely 2 day follow up with results...keep up the good work
The wait was too long. Not enough staff for a busy weekend. Staff too slow and the entire experience was disappointing. Will not return to this facility because there are two or three conveniently nearby.
