This is a first visit to an urgent or emergency care facility outside of a hospital. It was nice not to have the usual hectic environment that one finds at the hospital. Mine was a minor situation, but important to me. I was in and out in no time, maybe 45 min. with proper follow ups announced and scheduled.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. There was hardly any wait. My children felt at ease.
Drs and nurses were great, but the system was having problems with my insurance which was perfectly fine, no ones fault but stressful for me
I was in terrible back pain, couldn't move without extreme pain. Went to Action Urgent Care, and I got taken care of. My back was tight, I got a cortisone shot and that made a huge difference. The Dr was extremely knowledgeable and the staff was really nice.

I was impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff. It was wonderful to see a doctor On Sunday and get a jump on the medication that was prescribed. I have recommended Action Urgent Care on Blossom Hill in San Jose to freinds and they have been extremely pleased too.
From the minute I entered, until I left, I felt I was dealing with friendly, extremely competent professionals. All medical assistants were courteous & had a sense of humor! The Physicians Assitant was totally involved with me & my care - not an easy thing @ 8pm. Very impressed from start to finish.
