Nothing, it was fabulous - minimal wait time and care givers that were truly interested, professional, and thorough.
The receptionist was friendly and greeted me when I walked in. She was pleasant and professional even when 2 other patients were being difficult and rude to her. My wait was about 20-25 minutes for a walk in. I had made an appointment, but came earlier. Katrina and Mr. Bishop were friendly and got me in and out quickly. Would not hesitate to go again if needed.
No complaints. Didn’t wait more than 15 min to see the doctor and like how they call the prescription in so I didn’t have to wait at the pharmacy

Pleasant, clean....wait time was minimal, as well as time in drs office. Problem was addressed and I was on my way.
This was my second visit here. Have a regular doctor but can't always get a quick appointment. So thankful for Action Urgent Care where I can drop in and feel I am getting excellent care.
The Doctor was great, answered all of my questions.
Excellent staff, but I would have liked to know who was treating me ( assistant, Doctor, nurse practitioner, etc.) treated professionally. Also, I made an appt. and still waited almost an hour. Place clean. Would like a more private place to leave urine sample.
