The staff is very helpful as well as the doctor. The place is clean

I've visited this location a few times in the past, but during this last visit I was very disappointed. I don't know if everyone at this office location was in a bad mood, but I didn't get any feeling of compassion that I've gotten in the past. From the receptionist, to the nurse, and even the doctor who saw me, I just didn't feel like anyone there that day was caring.

Monday 1/22/2018 was a completely different experience than on Sunday 1/21/2018. From beginning to end this was an exceptional visit! Mr. Bishop is an exceptional PA! He is friendly and efficient, told me what he was doing at each step and gave me specific follow up instructions. Great service and efficient help at each step! I would strongly recommend Action Care on Blossom Hill at Kooser!
Sunday front counter service was VERY slow and the desk clerk didn’t seem comfortable. A patient she was working with stated ‘she was coughing and had a fever’...we had already asked for a mask and NONE were ever provided! Not even to the obviously sick patient! Flu has been rampant in Santa Clara Valley! I asked the front desk person to ‘please wipe off the tablet with a sanitizer wipe’ which was on her desk in plain view...mine was the ONLY tablet she wiped down.
