Very professional and very responsive to patients' needs,
It was very simple and nice
Very welcoming and pleasant. Doctor, nurses, and staff were great.
Unfortunately, this was not the best of visits. My appointment was moved from its original day, to a less convenient time. I left work early to make the appointed time, and had to wait over half an hour in the lobby. I then waited in a room for my Dr for almost an hour. This was just a follow-up visit. Time spent with doctor, less than 10 minutes. Two hours of my time, 10 minutes of the doctor's time. I would like to think that both our time is valuable, and considered valuable buy Action Urgent Care.
the wait was longer than I would have expected, but the staff was very pleasant and professional.
I woke up Christmas morning with sadly a pain in my kydnies. Watched kids open presents and quickly went to Action Urgent Care and they saw me fast. They confirmed quickly it was a kydney infection. The office is bright, clean as a medical office can be:) Modern and the staff were just great. Thanks so much.

Very responsive and great doctor!
The doctor/ PA was great. The assistant, on the other hand, didn't speak English well. He asked about my allergies and I could tell he didn't know what "erythromycin" was or how to spell it. He took notes on a notepad. Later on the doctor/pa prescribed medication that I was allergic about - probably because he had not told her about my allergies. That should have been in the system by then.i also didn't get a receipt for my copayment, the person at the front desk promised to print it and send it via email but forgot both.
