Get rid of Melissa. She was the first person at Action that made me want to never go back. From the moment she came into the room to examine me she was almost hostile. I found myself apologizing to her on my way out for wasting her time because every question seemed to irritate her more. I have been to Action for three separate things. Jan 17 - I broke my kneecap while taking out the garbage. You used to do X-rays onsite at that time. Everyone, including the doctor was phenomenal and pleasant. Well organized, pleasant staff, good service.
Front desk person seemed a bit condensending and not very patient. Other than that it was ok. Nursecwas very friendly and doctor was fine except she didn’t introduce herself so I didn’t even know her name

Fairness .... after my last review I was seen very quickly but not too fast to feel like they did not care. I know I said I would not go back but I will... thank you for a much better experience. Like I did say the first time ... the people are good.
I continue to try this place as the actual people are nice. I have been stuck in the room for over an hour ... multiple times. Came in and nobody here but have been sitting in the waiting room for 15 minutes. Last time... will not come here again
Efficient, thorough medical care. The wait was not more than 30 minutes for a walk-in appointment. The doctor was very patient and answered all of my 90 year old Father-In-Law's questions.
