I liked the professional attitudes and accurate diagnosis that were provided by the doctor and the nurse assistant for my visit. By taking the initiative to call the Good Samaritan hospital Emergency clinic ahead of time to refer me for a tonsilar abscess drainage procedure, I was able to get in and receive treatment in a timely basis. For a flu vaccaine, was left waiting in the exam room for 20-25 minutes. The nurse in charge of the procedure vanished.
