The covid-19 test went smooth. The only feedback was number of appointments. For a test, we had a tele meeting and then a zoom meeting with the doc. If a candidate is eligible and doesnot have symptons, maybe appointment can be given with one or no meeting.
Easy to get help, got what I needed promptly . The online appointment was a bit confusing since I had to call to check in and then make an appointment time different than my originally scheduled. Also, I was not given very much instruction on getting the test after a time was scheduled.

I was supposed to get a phone call regarding my time for online consultation for getting covid 19 test. They never called me . Very bad service. Seems like they don't care.
Easy drive up, no hassle. Zoom meeting with Dr or Nurse Practitioner. Very nice people.
