My doctor who saw me was so great. Eased my mind, great communication, could not have asked for a better visit!
First off I set up my appointment. I got a call an hour before saying I needed to set up a virtual consultation. I called back two times with no answer. I started to drive over and finally got a call back saying I would not have my appointment at that time and that the virtual would be later that day. Came in with an uti. Great pa who prescribed antibiotics and gave me a wake up call on my diabetes. Just the kick I needed to rethink my diet.
I got tested to covid 19 on 7/5 and have been in isolation. It is 7/10 and no word. When I call I get nowhere. This is HUGELY frustrating. Akila Kumar 4088960829

Difficulty and confusion with COVID testing. The various triages and Zoom or voice calls were difficult to keep track of, and delays in hearing the results of test are frustrating. The MD appt was late, rescheduled and late again. I’m still waiting on the result.
