Very responsive, friendly, and seemed very caring. The doctor was great and so were the staff. this was my first experience with telemedicine but they made it very easy and comfortable

Went in to address an urgent matter. Had to wait for a long time to be seen only to be told to have blood drawn but the results wouldn’t be back for 5 days. I ended up going to the ER and I should have done that immediately instead of wasting a couple hours going to urgent care. The staff at the urgent care should have directed me to the ER immediately when they realized they could not assist me with my issue instead of wasting my time having me wait around.
