Our experience with Active Urgent Care was excellent! The staff, (Ashley and Destiny), were friendly, comforting and easy to talk to. We were being tested for Covid and were very nervous but the team here made it painless and swift! Thank you to all the staff at Active Urgent Care!!

Great service
Not very good. Not very organized. I got a call for a Zoom conference with a doctor 10 minutes before my appointment for the Covid-17 test while I was driving to the clinic. Luckily my wife was with me so she picked up the phone. After the Zoom meeting we we not directed to the test tent so we waited in the parking lot. When we saw some cars approaching the test tent, we asked the nurse in the tent and she told us to get in line so were were the fourth car instead of the first.
