covid-19 swab test results withing days?seriously? Last time I got tested at another clinic, got the result withing 10 min.
I got a little confused because I thought the first appointment I made was for the test...it was actually only for the intake information and the test was done the following day. Once on track about that, all went well. I liked the people very much. Well organized at the drive up.
Their friendly staff got me a telemedicine appointment. Helped me out with a COPD exacerbation and kept me out of the hospital!
Do NOT get tested for covid-19 here. They will cancel your appointment within 30 minutes of it and call that a "courtesy call" and tell you you need to virtually meet with their medical team first. I booked an appointment at least 3 days in advance and they could not have done this "courtesy call" earlier. They said they overbooked appointments. dificult to get thru, but understanding kind people on phone
My first appointment for testing was scheduled for 6:30 pm. Around 6:20 as I was driving to the site receive a call telling me I needed to have a zoom call before I could be tested. I returned home had the zoom call and then receive a new date for the test the following day. The day of the test I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled time and waited behind a single car for 2 or 3 minutes before it was my turn.
