The process of getting an appointment set up through the Kyla app can be excruciating. Unfortunately, there is a significant delay while chatting with the person on the other end who is taking your information. Also, even though I uploaded photos of my insurance card and identification to the app as part of my profile, the person processing my intake asked for me to send that information again.
