Kevin was great, came on Saturday, knew what needed to be done, explained everything as he was doing it ( I was interested), and told me what I could do to avoid the problem in the future.
Our service technician Daniel was very personable and did a great job explaining how are two AC units would be serviced, He also took information so that we could get an estimate on replacing one original AC unit. He determined that a part needed to be replaced on our oldest unit and was able to complete that repair during this visit. I’m always happy to refer Webster to all of my clients.
