Same issue re-occurred in about two months but Webster was able to repair it quickly with no additional charge to me. The AC technician was professional and courteous.
Professional, thorough service.
Our service tech, Kevin, is fantastic. He checks the whole system not just the red light telling him what needs to be serviced. He spots things that are border line and fixes them before they are a problem. Highly recommend Webster and if you get Kevin you are in good hands.
Timely , professional and reasonable cost
I called Webster air on my neighbors recommendation- all I can say is - great service - great response time - wonderful people to deal with- thank you Laura and thank you Andrew . I found me a new AC repair company- will tell other people about this company. Thanks again Walter Breucker.
Did quite well very professional
Due to no AC your Technician showed up quickly, found the problem did the repair and advised me on future maintenance. Webster is in the AC folder for future problems and maintenace.Already praised them to a few neighbors and my kids.
Kevin was very through in diagnosing our problem. He is a positive credit to your company. Thank you, Jim Cashion
It was great how quick you guys got out to my place. Daniel was prompt and got AC up and running in a short amount of time, although he said it took a little longer than first expected. Tough one. Been using for over 30 years and have recommended to so many. How toy recommend.
