Everyone is great from the front office to the workers that installed my new A/C. Dan Daniel and Kevin were amazing. Cleaned up after finishing and went over everything i needed to know from turning on A/C and heat and how to take care of it. Very polite and knowledgeable. I have used Webster for many years and never disappointed. Highly recommend them.
Kevin was the best! I had a weird unusual problem that I thought would require a replacement unit. Kevin was able to repair it and short order and get me back to “cool”! I highly recommend Webster air conditioning!!

I was grateful that the technician was able to fit me into the schedule the day I called for help. The air conditioner was running without a break. The technician took the time to explain what was happening and what the outcome would likely have been with out early intervention.. I appreciated his use of boot covers..I appreciated his explanation of what he did. He was polite and respectful.
Jordan quoted us what I thought was a very good price on a very good TRANE system. It was only a little bit more money than a lower SEER system from another vendor who is now selling a different brand and who could no longer sell us a TRANE system. By the way the system which Webster AC installed should qualify for $2000 of federal tax credits and $1000 rebate from the power company. Daniel arrived on time and acquainted himself with the whereabouts of all the parts of my air conditioning system. He was courteous and efficient. He replaced a capacitor in one of my units and told me how much it cost. Then at my request he changed all the filters and took the old ones away. It was a good experience.
It’s always a pleasure dealing with the employees at Webster’s. From the customer service on the phone to the technician. I always feel like I’m in trusted hands.
