Daniel arrived on time and acquainted himself with the whereabouts of all the parts of my air conditioning system. He was courteous and efficient. He replaced a capacitor in one of my units and told me how much it cost. Then at my request he changed all the filters and took the old ones away. It was a good experience.
It’s always a pleasure dealing with the employees at Webster’s. From the customer service on the phone to the technician. I always feel like I’m in trusted hands.

AC was blowing warm air early Saturday afternoon. Called and left a message and was surprised to receive a callback from Kevin G. He was finishing his shift and had time to stop by in about 30 Minutes. He arrived and understood the problem and found that the capacitor that helps to start the compressor was bad. An easy replacement at a reasonable price. Thanks Kevin and Webster Air!!! Rich M
