As always the technician was super friendly and professional. He identified the issue promptly. He fully explained what needed to be done, quoted the price and got my permission to more forward and fix the problem. Webster replaced my old AC 4 years ago and I have always received excellent work from them. I refuse to have anyone else work on my AC and would rather wait a day or so to come out and fix it than to call someone else. This was the first issue I ever had since it was installed.
