Technician showed up on time. Evaluated the problem. One relay had failed. Replaced the relay. Was still under warranty which was good news. Checked out the rest of the system. Freon was OK. Checked the overflow line. Added some cleaner solution. When the technician left house was cooling.
On time! Very professional and well staffed with experienced technicians. While full system replacements take time, they were well prepared on a one day notice to replace our entire system at a very competitive price.
The tech was methodical as he went about his work. He answered questions clearly, concisely and politlely.. He engendered my trust in Webster. This was unlike the interaction with the man who scheduled the appointment.
We thoroughly recommend Webster AC- they are always so prompt, professional, and thorough. Reasonable prices as well. All of their techs have been fantastic. Highly recommend!

Kevin, the technician who made the service call, has been our technician of choice for years and always does thorough work in a most pleasant manner. He advises us of future issues we may see cropping up and goes out of his to make sure that everything is ship-shape before he leave. Great service. Definitely 5 stars.
