Always consistent, no matter who shows up for service or repair. Everything you would hope for when service is needed, from the moment you speak to staff on the phone to the cleanliness that is left when the service man pulls away from your home. There is no question who I am going to call when I need air conditioning/heating service! The value of honesty, integrity and wisdom/knowledge is priceless!
Kevin showed up to the house (inspection for purchase) on time and was exceptional. He walked me through his inspection and explained everything in leymans terms so I actually understood it (as I am not an HVAC repairman). He put everything back and even changed the filter in the unit (as it needed it). He was very professional and friendly as well. Great experience. Highly recommend!!!!

I cannot say enough good words to describe the wonderful service and friendly treatment I have experienced over the past fifty years with Webster Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. Always helpful, knowledgeable, honest and on time. I highly recommend them.
Great technician, fast service and a fair price.
Same issue re-occurred in about two months but Webster was able to repair it quickly with no additional charge to me. The AC technician was professional and courteous.
Professional, thorough service.
Our service tech, Kevin, is fantastic. He checks the whole system not just the red light telling him what needs to be serviced. He spots things that are border line and fixes them before they are a problem. Highly recommend Webster and if you get Kevin you are in good hands.
