Well done! The representative was curious and very capable. He found the problem and fixed it! Perfect.
Technician showed up on time. Evaluated the problem. One relay had failed. Replaced the relay. Was still under warranty which was good news. Checked out the rest of the system. Freon was OK. Checked the overflow line. Added some cleaner solution. When the technician left house was cooling.
On time! Very professional and well staffed with experienced technicians. While full system replacements take time, they were well prepared on a one day notice to replace our entire system at a very competitive price.
