I have purchased 2 AC units from Webster. The first one lasted 16+ years. Any time I have called they are always responsive. They are incredibly friendly and so willing to assist me. I would never buy from another company.

I have been using Del-Air and Pro-Tech A/C companies for the last 30+ years. However, when both companies were sold out to big corporations, I wanted to find a small, family-owned company. A friend of mine suggested giving Webster a try. They've been very happy with the service, and I can see why. I don't know their last names, but Daniel and Joey were very friendly and knowledgeable. Explanied and showed me what was wrong with my a/c. Got it in top shape for me. Appdreciate it. I'll be using you again!
