Very impressed on how quickly you responded (within 45 minutes of my call), diagnosed the problem and got replacement parts the next morning. When John found that the fan motor wasn't the only problem he immediately went to the supplier to get additional parts, installed them and had me up and running in very short order. This is a great company! They were able to come a day earlier, which was great because my AC stopped working. Every time I call them, they quickly respond. The technician, Brent, was nice and helped me understand the issue that was going on with my AC.
I always get great service. Kevin is always friendly, on time and very knowledgeable. Scheduling is always easy and the support staff is fabulous!

This review is based on my observation and not on technical knowledge of what was required or done. The Technician earned full points on being on-time, being polite and in explaining the reason for the replacement of a part which was needed in the outside system. He also answered my questions on temperature setting. I really appreciated the use of shoe covers which he wore in the house, removing for outdoors and replacing on return. I appreciate the polite office staff.
The service was quick after my call. The technician fixed the problem fast and also did a thorough cleaning of the drain. Quick repair. Thanks
