Front receptionist when checking in was not very helpful. On both occasions, front desk was not friendly or welcoming. Doctors and nurse practitioners have been very helpful.

The staff and doctor were very professional and helpful at our visit. The staff worked as a team and kept us informed every step of the way. Everyone was friendly and made my daughter feel at ease. Our visit was relatively short and very Thorough.

The nurse that attended me was impatient and needs better empathy skills. I was feeling really sick and she was rushing me to give information that I was having problems processing because I was feeling sick

Came in for a dog bite. Did not have a long wait. Personable staff. My low rating was due to poor infection control procedures. After I was seen by the physician the nurse came in to clean and dress the wound. He did not clean the bite area at all. He applied antibiotic ointment with a tongue blade. My complaint is that he did not glove his hands. He did not wash his hands or use antimicrobial sanitizer in my presence. Nurse practitioner was not helpful. Told me I did not have strep throat and did not test for it. Ishe gave me a lecture on over use of antibiotics. Iwent to my primary doctor today and was diagnosed with strep and given an antibiotic. Never going back
