My 8 month old needed to be seen after the holiday and there were no openings at his Pediatrician. Tower health got us right in and out in under an hr.
Dr. McKinley was very thorough, professional and pleasant. I left breathing much better . With the prescriptions prescribed, I am on the mend and avoided a trip to the ER.

Everybody was friendly. The wait was short. The provider was very clear with her explanation of what I had. I left with written instructions and a smile.
The staff was warm and friendly. I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving. It took some time to get the test results but overall it was a great experience.

I was seen immediately. The desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and made appropriate changes to my insurance info. The medical staff was friendly and professional . They listened carefully to my concerns. I was confident in the diagnosis, and they were careful to go over follow-up care instructions, and made sure my questions were answered. A scrip was sent promptly to my pharmacy.
I was skeptical but needed a new urgent care after a horrible experience elsewhere. These people were welcoming upon entering but once taken back the thoroughness, dialogue, time and knowledge that was extended was incredible ! Technicians, nursing staff were incredible ! Dr. Fries was OUTSTANDING. She took so much time to understand a bit of a convuluted and long history but was attentive and truly showed she cared ! I’m already feeling a million times better today.
