The desk staff was great. Very friendly and I was seen very quickly. The nurse who took my vitals and checked me in was terrific. Very personable. The girl who did the X-ray was great too. Two suggestions. I was there for chest pain and to rule out pneumonia. Doc told me what it wasn’t but never addressed what was causing the cause of the pain. Kind, attentive, efficient. Particularly in light of an insurance snafu which was eventually worked out.

Short wait time which is paramount. Doctor checked me out and I was good to go
Overall good experience. Quickly scene and taken care of. My husband did hear staff talking about my conversations with the doctor which should not have been able to be heard in the waiting room. That was disappointing. The medicine given wasn’t a good match but I called twice with follow up questions and was very pleased with the time taken to listen to my questions/concerns and the person had great bedside manner over the phone.
