Most inefficient practice I have ever seen in my life. I had a sinus infection and just needed augmentin. Waited 90 minutes to be seen, the PA never even called my prescription in, and so when I went to the pharmacy I was unable to get my augmentin. Called back asking for help and was told they were too busy to help me. will never, ever return and will never recommend to anybody. Waste of $40 and two hours.
Your front desk lady was actually audibly cursing under her breath, sighing, rolling eyes, picking up phone calls, putting patients on hold, she was rude to all of us waiting in the lobby, saying she doesn’t have time for this s***. It was actually comical to watch. When I came to check in, she said “oh f*** my life” I said “excuse me are you ok” she said “I’m just really busy”
Staff friendly, effectent and empathic. Was out quickly and feeling better in just a few days.
Service was wonderful. Check in was quick, only in waiting room for @ 5-10 minutes before being taken into exam. Staff were all polite, professional and enjoyable. PA explained diagnosis and emailed my pharmacy the prescription.
Efficient staff & pleasant atmosphere.. I’ve been there before & certainly will go again if necessary.
The staff quickly handled an issue for me that god knows how long I’d have to wait for my primary to take care of. Appreciate you swift yet thorough abilities
