I have used this facility in the past and have always recieved excellent care. I live in Northeast Phila and have tried other urgent care facilities. I drive the distance because I know that they have a professional staff and I trust them.
I was happy with everything. My Wait time, the care that they took to check me out at an x-ray and then they gave me and nebulizer treatment. And then prescribed my medicine I was very happy with the care and I thought they were thorough. Everyone was so nice to my daughter and made her feel at easy.
When you walk into an Urgent Care facility, you feel very insecure. You’re sick or hurt and this is not your Dr., not the office you’re used to. However, my experience at Premier Urgent Care was positive in every way. From the friendly, efficient receptionists to the Dr. and Nurses who treated me with care and compassion. Thanks to all of you who quickly eliminated my insecurities and allowed me to leave feeling so very much better than when I arrived.
Everyone was nice. Doctor was monotoned and non-emotional. Told them I had no pain and they kept telling me to take IB profen for pain? Was told I didn’t have strep, but they had no idea what else it could be.

I went to this office with a fairly severe laceration on my finger from a kitchen accident. The care I received was prompt, professional, and personal. Everyone made sure I knew what was happening and took the time to reassure me and make sure I was comfortable. Nine stitches later, I left, knowing that I could return to have the stitches removed or with any questions. Thanks!
