It was very frustrating to have to give all my information out loud to the receptionist and then write it all down again. Why make me give my information twice? It's a simple thing but when you spend a lot of time at the doctors, it gets very frustrating. Also, when I finally saw the physicians assistant, he did not seem to know what he was doing.
