The staff were all wonderful but a two hour wait is not ideal when you aren't feeling your best. The waiting room was also very warm and the TV was on quite loud so physically it could have been more soothing

Horrible experience beginning to end, very traumatic for our toddler. The medical assistant couldn’t get the pulse ox finger gadget working but kept shoving it on my toddler’s finger as she was trying to turn it off and on and he began screaming. We told her his left ear seemed to hurt and she stuck the thermometer very roughly into the painful ear. We had to ask her to stop and do the other ear. The NP/doctor came in and tried to look in his ears. Our son was very upset and in pain and the NP/doctor barely got into one ear ... read more

Doctor looked st my throat and cleared strep throat without doing a throat culture. Prescribed antibiotics that I didn’t need. Went to primary care doctor 2 days later when I was no better to find out I had mono.

We were out of town for the holidays and sought treatment on our 10 month old who was vomiting with a fever of 102. Tower health was close by and seemed like the best option. After an hour wait it was our turn. It took 3 attempts with 2 temporal thermometers to read my son’s temperature. At that point I was not confident with the treatment we were receiving. “Lungs sound good, ears are clear, it must be a bug”. “This time of year he will get a lot of them”. Thanks doctor but this is not my first rodeo. Not feeling at ease ... read more

Staff was polite and thorough. I was in and out within an hour and a half with tests for strep and mono. The doctor came back in herself to explain diagnosis and the medication that was going to be prescribed. It was a good experience.

First time at your facility , wait time was about 45 minutes , not too long since there were other patients waiting to be seen when I arrived . Found staff caring and professional . They took their time with me , listened and did not appear rushed . Great service to offer the community
