The staff has always been warm, friendly and empathetic anytime I’ve needed their services. I would gladly recommend this site for a great comfortable experience; it speaks volumes the type of people hired to work at the hockessin site. I wish I could speak as highly emergency rooms. 10 stars!

Courteous and professional staff. Short wait time. Unfortunately health care delivery badly missed the mark. Misdiagnosis prolonged my suffering. Although true that a viral respiratory infection is essentially untreatable, this is not true when the causative agent is bacterial. In the absence of data indicating the cause, the prudent course of action would be to prescribe antibiotics. There is a huge potential upside and minimal downside. My condition only deteriorated.
