First diagnosis of sore throat was wrong and I had to go back the following day to get a correct diagnosis of Bronchitis. Overall service and waiting times were fine. My guess is junior staff were there 12/23 and 12/24 which resulted in the first diagnosis.
I was well treated and Dr. Wendy seemed genuinely concerned

More professionalism from nurses and doctor. Much cleaner rooms!
Very friendly staff, worked quickly but thoroughly, did not sit in the lobby or the clinic room long at all. Gave good advice, personal treatment and paperwork that was understandable for a lay person to take home.
