Everyone was terrific. My visit started out with a very nice person at the front desk (I am sorry I do not have her name). She was professional and helpful. The nurse, Melissa, was wonderful! This was actually the 2nd time she helped me. The first time was a visit with my Mom and this time was for me. Galia was very caring and will make a great nurse practitioner. The care I received for an injured pinky. They stitched me up, took X-rays, found the finger was fractured as well. They referred me to a orthopedic surgeon. Everything was great until I was leaving.. I’ll start from arrival. I checked in giving my insurance card and i.d. For her to process.. I was told to have a seat while she did “something” with my insurance. She gave my I.d. And insurance card back and said they will call me back shorty. The location is convenient and everyone working at the site was professional and interested in helping.
Mostly positive. Wait in the exam room between professionals was a bit long but expected for urgent care service.
I felt that I was treated very well from the front desk to the nurse and dr. I would highly recommend this care.
