Good present
My experience was amazing, the team members were so professional and made sure to try to figure out what was wrong w my hand. They even made an appt at another tgh location to get further evaluation. Based on the x ray this same team member scdled a f/ up ultrasound for further evaluation..this was a great experience, I felt they went above ane beyond. My experience at the TGH imaging center was an entirely opposite experience however.
Everyone from reception to delivery of medical care were very professional, caring, and compassionate. Thank you

Thorough and helpful. All questions answered. I needed to call back. The call returned, and information was discussed. All around felt cared for.
There wasn’t a long wait. All the staff was pleasant.. The PA was very attentive and listened to my concerns.
The nurse practitioner listened closely to my concerns and took a collaborative approach to form a plan of care. As a nurse practitioner myself, I really appreciated her patient-focused professionalism .
Annette from anesthesia was hard to work with. She was a bit on the nasty side.
