I was very satisfied. Efficient processing. Doctor took the time to ask questions during my examination and was thorough in his diagnosis for my middle ear infection. Spot on! Your facility will be my go-to place from now on for a walk in. Thanks so much.

great care, fast and efficient, but thorough. Online account set up did not seem to work, which is not attributable to the location office i went to. My online request allowed me to ask for the link to "sign in" before i got to the office. The link first set out selections to choose which office you were going to. Did that and then it offered me to call them. End of online sign up. Cant rule out operator error, but hey...

We arrived on Sunday and was able to get seen very quickly by a doctor. Checking process easy and simple. Front desk very pleasant and helpful. Doctor was really nice and got to root if possible issue quickly. The place is clean and very nice!

Reception, wait time,Tech, and PA was very helpful and thorough. Im immunosupprent due to heart transplant and would have liked to see a doctor. Needed a lung x-ray but was not available. Had to travel 8 miles to another TGH Urgent Care location.
