Nicole Freede, PA and stuff was very nice and professional. I had a cut on my thumb while cooking, and she stitched it and prescribed an ointment. It was fast and efficient. Great care. Many thanks.

All staff was great! Upon arrival at the SR 54 Odessa location, however the check in on the IPad is viewable by the public- I didn’t have a chance to check in online so had to answer the medical questions on the iPad that’s affixed to the right of registration? Seemed like a HIPA violation with no privacy to answer questions about sexual activity and drug use where everyone could see my answers. Very odd! I mentioned it to staff and they said most people do it online.

My experience was amazing, the team members were so professional and made sure to try to figure out what was wrong w my hand. They even made an appt at another tgh location to get further evaluation. Based on the x ray this same team member scdled a f/ up ultrasound for further evaluation..this was a great experience, I felt they went above ane beyond. My experience at the TGH imaging center was an entirely opposite experience however.
