Staff were kind, courteous and thorough. Wait time was short.
Checked in immediately. Friendly and receptive staff. I retired from TGH main hospital so was very happy to see TGH Urgent Care being built in my neighborhood. Will recommend to friends and family.
I was able to see the doctor as soon as I arrive at the facility. Very friendly staff and made me feel extremely comfortable.
Was seen quickly. Staff was wonderful.
The service, from arrival to leaving, was excellent. The front staff and receiving nurse were very courteous. The attending doctor (Dr. Jomil Villasmil, MD) was very knowledgeable. He spent the right amount of time asking me questions and performing a physical check before arriving at a diagnosis and recommending the appropriate next steps. I strongly recommend this TGH Urgent Care.
Every one I encountered was professional,competent,kind and personable,as has been the case every time I have had the need for urgent treatment
I came in experiencing lightheadness, dizziness, and nausea for the past few days. And after sitting with the doctor and telling her this, she came up with that she was worried about a heart attack or a blood clot. The symptoms for both of those are no where close to what I was experiencing or complaining about. It felt like my words were twisted and then they added things to make it sound soo much worse than it was.
I appreciate how expedient my visit was. The nurse was fun and the nurse practitioner was easy to talk to. Also, I’m all better as a result. Great office when you’re not feeling well.
Everyone was pleasant and efficient.
