Had to wait a long time, and I had shortness of breath. I am 78 years old, had problems making appointment on line (I didn’t feel your site is user friendly. The nurse practitioner who examined me told me he thought I had an enlarged heart, even though radiologist read the chest X-ray as normal. He sent me to the ER for further evaluation. I appreciate the fact he wanted further evaluation. I do not like that he told me he thought I had an enlarged heart!! I was very upset!

My family was in Florida from Indiana on vacation. It's hard enough being sick or getting injured when you are on vacation and out of state. I came into the emergency clinic at Apollo Beach for a severe burn on my elbow/arm. I was in horrific pain and I could not be more pleased with the staff. The wait was not very long which is important when you are not feeling well. I was very dehydrated and although tgh urgent care could not treat me, they guided me of where to go to get the best treatment.
