TGH NEVER DISAPPOINTS. SINCE MOVING TO FLORIDA ALMOST A YEAR AGO, TGH has been out go to. Staff is always friendly! Dr’s are thorough! Wait time……a minimum, compared to what a lot of places are!

I waited almost 3 hours in a very warm waiting room before I was called back. Once back the service was fast and professional! Both triage and nurse practitioner were excellent, examined me, and diagnosed me well.

The nurse and PA were wonderful. The check in process needs improvement. I did the on line check in ahead of time . I went to the front desk to check in . I gave my name and was told to have a seat. No one was in front of me. I came in at 8:40 and wasn’t call to back to the front desk until 09:08. I was then told “ok you are all checked in”. Neither receptionist smiled or was friendly.
