My wait time was minimal and the PA who saw me, Brinanna Gruber, was very thorough and compassionate. She checked in on me repeatedly. The most outstanding feature was that she actually listened to me and took her time to explain any and all possibilities regarding my situation. For being under the weather, she made it a positive experience. The X-ray tech on duty was also great. Highly recommend TGH Urgent Care in Apollo Beach.

Made an appointment online. Wait time was minimal. Friendly staff. Waited less than 5 minutes for APRN to come in room after visiting with nurse. Will definitely visit this urgent care again if needed.

I checked in very quickly. There were several people ahead but everyone was seen in a timely fashion. My triage and treatment was thorough. I was listened to and felt respected. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff. I’m already feeling better.

I created an appointment online. I still had to wait one hour and 30 minutes in the waiting room with a sick child! The healthcare provider was very kind and thorough. I would give her five stars! However, the appointment system is a joke!
