it says urgent care, but no urgent service taken. they took a covid test on me. my family dr trying to call tgh urgent care for the result that day, the calls go to main board of tgh. i tried calling tgh urgent care, same ..calls go nowhere but main board.. the nurse practitioner schedule that day kinda rude. its my first time on tgh urgent care in tarpon spring. never again to use this facility.
It was a great experience. The primary care person/nurse was very nice, kept me updated, and made sure I understood all that was going on. I will recommend this location to all my friends. Thank you very much

Absolutely horrible no way to get in touch with them.
Receptionist was devoid of personality. No attempt to smile or be friendly. Computer intake form was absolutely too long and detailed. Very annoying.
Had appointment. Arrived on time. No one else in waiting room and no communication from either of two receptions about why taking so long. Took almost an hour for tb placement and drug screen.
I went in a day after my wife was there. I was on the same path as she was with my illness but not as far along. She had a fever, congestion, sore throat , coughing up green mucus…. I had all the same except the fever yet. I wanted to prevent getting that ill and bronchitis/pneumonia is the norm for me with chest congestion. I felt that my doctor wanted to prescribe antibiotics which I felt I needed. I got the impression that he had to justify them to someone over his head, not able to I got cough syrup and steroids. I was so sick. The dr said nothing was wrong. I went immediately to a second doctor. I had pneumonia. He gave me azithromax and after the first dose, I was a new person.
