Online appointment was set for 1:30pm. Arrived at1:15 for paperwork. Waited another 45 min to be taken to exam room. After vitals were taken another 30 minutes to see MD. Another 15 minutes for an ear lavage and waited another 15 to see MD again which never happened. Finally left facility at 3:10 pm. Nice and friendly people but way under staffed. We should have gone to 24/7 ER down the road. I would avoid this location if at all possible. Unless you have plenty of time to waste.
Unsolicited advice to my wife. Snapped at my wife. Left me alone so long I had to be injected AGAIN because Lidocaine wore off. Sat there for 4.5 hours.
The provider basically ignored my thoughts. I told him I normally take azithromycin for a sinus infection which is not very often. Instead, I was prescribed doxycycline which ended up giving me bloody stools because it's made with gelatin (and I'm vegan and allergic to animal products). Every time I animal products I have bloody stools (I've already previously had a whole GI work up for this and the only thing that worked is a vegan diet). Poor Sent me elsewhere not quickies perso not a doctor couldn’t help sent me to hospital outpatient as she couldn’t read or subscribe meds , I came for a Dr asked about exray before coming she couldn’t read it poor poor service Would never have come to see a nurse and never swing a REAL DR WHO KNOWS WHAT TO DO
I was experiencing COVID-19 symptoms but they did not want to provide COVID test. They states I had other underlying conditions and wanted to send me to the ER. Turns out they were wrong and I actually had COVID
The lady at the front desk with glasses was RUDE and not helpful at all. She told me i couldn’t be seen without paying $130 PLUS dollars when i had insurance and i’ve been there PLENTY of times and the other older lady has always helped me and was very nice! I called before i even came to have my time WAISTED. She doesn’t care how you feel or what’s going on. SHE is RUDE!
Not even palliative care. Skip this step and get actual health care. "Put your feet up" is not enough for my case, I shouldn't be charged for being jerked around three people who must work on commission.

N must go IMMEDIATELY to ER hospital as my clock is ticking & im already having an enlarged quadrant & my heart is failing rapidly !! At the ER. Customer service is poor. There is no acknowledgement upon entry. You can can guarantee that your presence will be ignored and excuses made to their poor quality of service. I will never seek the help from this location again. Sun City location is far more friendliness and treats you like a valuable person.
