These TGH facilities have recently installed a price increase of average 30%! Their rates are now becoming impossible for uninsured patients to pay. And that ($325) fee is to be seen by a nurse, not a doctor! They priced themselves out of my market! Luckily, there are other choices available.
The PA did not do a good exam. Her assessment skills were not good. I walked away feeling not evaluated well.
Physician Assistant was not supervised by a physician, as a result, could not get a prescription drug I needed No X-Ray available No Covid test available This clinic does not have the bare minimum supplies required to deliver emergency care services
My DOT physical with Bari Berger was not acceptable. Was told I need to go get my hearing checked and did not certify my medical card. Took a hearing test and the results are fine and there's nothing wrong with my hearing. I'm out 124.00 and my time. Not a happy guy.
I have been here before after a car accident and found this clinic to be rather lackadaisical. This past Tuesday I brought my son in immediately after a bicycle accident. I find this ... read more
you didn’t do anything just sent me to emergency rm for ct, waste of my time going to urgent care
I brought my son in for a sore throat. I feel the PA needed education on childhood emergent conditions vs normal childhood illnesses. Her main focus was to take him to a ER for epiglottis. I assured her being a nurse myself my son did not have epiglottis as he was not exhibiting any signs and symptoms such as stridor, drooling, resp distress in anyway. He clearly had a bad sore throat. If she felt it was so emergent I rush him to a ER to R/O epiglottis why would you have us sit in a room for 45 min prior to telling us to go ... read more
Very Bad experience Employee give me a X-ray report and only my son wrist broken only and they say also broke elbow why?
I went in because I had irritation and found some kind of tiny parasite on my skin. She first said they were all dead and nothing to do. I finally got her to see moving louse on skin. After quite some time, she acknowledged she didn’t know what it was and had call a doctor. . She was not able to “take a pic” that the doctor could see well enough to diagnose. After mentioning the same possibilities that I had researched from home, she said to bathe frequently and there was no other treatment needed. Offered to prescribe ste... read more
