The doctor that helped me was good. Wait time was longer than expected since the office was not busy.
It was a first visit and we were just visiting a relative in Tarpon Springs. But from the personnel who greeted us through to the medical APRN, Kimberly Frack, all gave us outstanding attention and answered our many questions. We were very pleased and would recommend this Urgent care site to anyone.
Got me medication to help my issues! Had ear irrigation done for an infection and it wasn't painful. I’ve had that done as a child and remember it had bene painful some of the time and this wasn’t! Obviously it isn’t comfortable but it wasn’t awful. And I feel a lot better than I did a few days ago!
