Place was clean. Staff was great. Wait time was a bit lengthy.
I want to start by thanking everyone there for being kind and getting me help quickly. It is a beautiful new space and I am grateful it is 5 minutes from my home.
The staff at the tarpon spring office is the best. I made a call this morning about a refill on a prescription. Kim called me back with in 10 minutes. So very helpful.
Everyone was professional and concerned about my health. Thank you for your service. Also. I followed up with my doctor and they found that I have tested positive for Covid. i am going tomorrow for additional testing.

I had been ill going on 6 weeks. My Primary DR wasn't seeing sick patients (telehealth only) so I put off going for help for a week. I got really ill one evening and went to ER for help. They said it was nothing but a cold and sent me home. Well then another week went by and I made appointment with a drugstore clinic and was told I didn't have a cold but an allergy so she gave me an over the counter allergy pill. It once the best experience I had in an urgent care clinic..everyone was really nice..and the clinic was very clean..in a scale of 1-10 I give it a 10.I definitely will go back if needed
