The care was excellent. The support staff was excellent. The facility was excellent. My only complaint is the phone system. There was a question from the pharmacy on one of my scripts. He tried to locate the provider for clarification on 2 occasions and couldn't get to her. I waiting around several hours to get my RX filed to no avail. I finally called myself and realized that for efficiency purposes all calls go to a central processing center for a lack of a better term. We were able to schedule an appointment on the TGH My Chart app. Completed check-in prior to arriving. Provided necessary ID'S & were called back right away. Seen by the ARPN quickly. X-rays, DME & we were our the door!

I had a fall, and my friend brought me to you for repair. I am so grateful that she did because every associate working that day was compassionate and loving. I'm sorry that I cannot remember names, but your PA was great, and even followed with a phone call with recommendations leading me to return the next day. Job well done, TGH Urgent Care!
