Everyone from the reception desk, nurses aide, to the nurse practitioner were very warm and welcoming. They took the time to understand why I was there and listen to what I had to say. I never felt rushed or that they were just moving me through. It was a really wonderful experience and, Kim was terrific

I need you to know EVERYONE to know that Burnette a Customer Service Care Specialists has taken a very complicated situation and completely figured out what was going on with my account and billing issue. She was tremendously helpful, returned my call as she said she would and followed through until this issue was resolved! HER BOSS should know how dilgently she attended to this delicate issue. She truly was an angel sent from abive and my faith was restored in the fact that CUSTOMER SERVICE is still GOOD out there ya'll!! Best CUSTOMER Service of the CENTURY!! My visit was efficient and personable. I am from out of town and this was my first visit as a walk in. Everyone went out of their way to make sure I was cared for at the highest level. I wish there was a urgent care of this level near me at home.
