As a walk-in, you never know how long you might be waiting before being seen. I was delighted to find that the faculty staff was able to facilitate my visit quickly, and smoothly.
All of the staff at this facility are very helpful and efficient. The receptionist was understanding and helped me to navigate the in-processing using my cell phone. The nurse who took my vitals was pleasant and professional. The PA who assisted me, Nicloe, was helpful, congenial and informative.
We didn’t have a long wait time and all staff were friendly and show competence and compassion.
Everyone was very professional. From the receptionists, the MA, the x-ray tech and the NP that took care of me! The place was spotless. The only wait was while waiting for the tests to results. I I walked in sick and scared. When I left I was still sick and scared, but comforted with the care I had received and my questions answered.
They were all very nice, check-in was quick and the person who took care of me was very nice
My wait was not long—when you are not feeling well, all you can think of is getting home and into bed. Your staff was very professional and showed great concern in how I felt. Thank you! Your nurse practitioner, Barry was outstanding.
Wonderful care. As a transplant patient that is immunosuppressant, infections come up very quickly. Rather than going all the way to Tampa General Hospital, and having to wait in the ER. This is the perfect option for me. It’s clean, it’s comfortable and the staff is wonderful. Because they are on the epic system, TGH gets all notes from the urgent care that they need to maintain my health.
My first time visiting TGH urgent care Tarpon Springs. I made an online appoint and arrived right on time. The young man who checked me in was friendly, courteous and professional. I was seen right away and given antibiotics for my eye problem. Dr or NP was very pleasant and professional. A great experience and I am happy I discovered it so close to home. Anne C.
