The front desk lady was great. So was Mary and PA Lindsey. I was taken good care of and I’m feeling much better. Lindsey was very knowledgeable, attentive and answered all of my questions. It was a good experience.
The biggest problem is your phone service. No one answers. I was on hold for 45 minutes and hung up. Other calls also went unanswered. You need direct phone lines in your offices. Texting didn’t work out either. I actually drove to the office to go over my insurance information. That could have been done by phone.
