I was cared for quickly and well.
PA was very thorough and answered all my questions.
You have no phone number to actually call you back. Someone called with results and I have tried all day to reach you only to sit on hold. We looked online and it said you did xrays and no times were listed. We got there an were told no xray come back tomorrow. I said I would just go to the other location they said no, I could come in and been seen right away. That did not happen we waited almost an hr again the next day. My first visit to TGH express care was great. I entered the building not knowing there were 3 different clinical sites in one location. At the Wiumama location, there is the TGH imaging, urgent care and medical clinic. I lucked up and went to the correct location as they all were identified by signage above the check-in station. The waiting area was clean and organized. The checkin process for completing forms were easy enough and I was seen under an hour. Receptionist great. PA great! Wait time was 80 min., take the urgent out of urgent care. I think ya need another doctor or PA
Fast and efficient
Easy appointment and relatively fast visit based on booking to finish timeframe. I was visiting form out of state and would not hesitate to use Fast Track services again.
Staff was great beginning with reception. The PA on duty was excellent
I was seen quickly. The PA did a through exam, listened to my concerns, and prescribed the proper medication.
