Wait was short after I completed the necessary paperwork. Diagnosis was quick and medication dispensed, and I was discharged.

My provider was Dan. He’s a PA. He was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and made me feel completely comfortable at all times. You are blessed to have him and I was blessed to get him. There was a young girl Eve that helped me in triage and what a sweetheart she was. Feeling bad isn’t as horrible when you have two people like Dan and Eve taking care of you

Overall I am not satisfied. I found out the physician ran an extra test without notifying me or asking for my consent. I had to go to a different physician less than a week later to have a completely different diagnosis and took me off all previously prescribed medications. Also I asked for a copy of the visit in case I needed it and never got one.
Thanks to Dr Lacy I made it through Covic with her Rx. An excellent personality as well.
Very courteous & very thorough. The medication prescribed seemed to do the trick; I was very happy with that, obviously.
