Fast, professional, caring, I have unfortunately/fortunately visited this office a few times now, appendicitis, and colds the treatment was 100% correct Thank You
This facility has to be the best medical facility in the Bay Area. The staff and medical team here are first rate. Dr Liz has compassion and the best bedside manor ever. They get you in quickly, they are friendly and caring and truly want to get you better.

It took about 2 hours between check in and check out. Most of the time was spent waiting. The treatment seems to be successful. Discharge instructions would have been clearer if the type of soaking solution and the duration of the soaking had been specified.
Your staff is absolutely amazing!!! They were helpful, kind, efficient, caring, and a total joy to deal with. I guess they saw that I was concerned and they made me feel very comfortable and they reassured me that all was good. I would definitely recommend your ER to everyone as I have never been treated better. Thank you to your staff for being such a great gang and thank you for being there for us. 😁 And a great BIG 😘to all!!!

Hello: I was misdiagnosed she wrote acute sinusitis when my tmj is getting worse and was diagnosed with trigéminal neuralgia. I’m disappointed with what occurred in my case.
I’ve used TGH Urgent Care in Sun City Center several times and have never been disappointed. Wait time was a little long on my most recent visit (Sunday) but still ok. Doctor, nurses and front desk personnel were all friendly and professional. Only criticism is you have to wear a mask—this should be voluntary not mandatory.
